Overview

The Intra Company Transfer allows an overseas firm that have branches in the UK to place a skilled candidate in a job role.

Criteria

To be eligible to apply to come to the United Kingdom under Tier 2 - Intra Company Transfer the candidate must score 70 points overall. 50 points will come from core attributes, 10 points for English Language and 10 points for Maintenance.

Sponsorship

Certificate of Sponsorship - 30 points

Qualifications

A PhD qualification - 15 points

A Master's/ Bachelor's Degree - 10 points

An NVQ level 3 qualification - 5 points

Prospective Earnings

In excess of £24,000 - 20 Points

£22,000-23,999 - 15 points

£20,000-21,999 - 10 points

£17,000-19,999 - 5 points
