Your fiance/Husband/ Wife/ Proposed civil partner may come with you to the United Kingdom, or join you here, if both you and he/she are aged 21 or over and you are currently settled here or are are returning to the United Kingdom with him/her to live here permanently.

A fiance/proposed civil partner visa grants you with entry to the UK for six months, during which time you are required to marry your fiance in the UK.

A marriage visa for the UK is usually issued for a period of two years for your Wife/ husband or Civil partner
